BUTTWELD TEE FITTINGS/SOCKET WELD TEE FITTINGS/ THREADED TEE FITTINGS MANUFACTURER, EXPORTER

‘Ecostain Rainbow’ is a Top manufacturer and exporter of Tee Pipe fittings in India. We are specialised in manufacturing Carbon Steel Tee, Stainless Steel Tee, Duplex Steel Tee, Alloy Steel Tee and also in special alloys such as Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy. We produce pipe tee according to international manufacturing and material grade standards such as ASTM/ANSI/ASME/BS/EN/DIN/JIS/IS for high temperature, low temperature and corrosion resistant applications. We offer seamless Tee pipe fitting from 1/2 inch to 24 inch and erw, welded and fabricated Tee pipe fittings from 1/2 inch to 48 inch in diameter, with variations based on specific requirements to accommodate diverse piping systems demand. Our pipe Tee are equipped with different end connections to facilitate their installation and connection to the piping system, butt-weld ends, socket-weld ends, and threaded ends, which allow the Tee to be welded, soldered, or threaded onto the pipes.

All pipe fittings with standard sizes and materials are readily available in stock for immediate delivery. "Looking for large diameter pipe fittings? Contact us today for Customized Pipe Fittings.

A Tee pipe fitting is a critical component in piping systems, featuring a T-shaped design with three openings for connecting pipes at right angles. It serves as a junction point, allowing for the diversion or combination of fluid flow in various directions. Tees are available in different types, equal tees, reducing tees, and barred tees, each type of Tee have a specific applications in the industry. They find applications across various industries, including oil and gas, chemical processing, water distribution, HVAC, and power generation, where they play a vital role in ensuring efficient fluid handling and system operation.

Types of Tee Pipe Fittings we offer:

Equal Tee :

Equal tee is one of the fundamental types of tee pipe fittings widely used in piping systems across various industries. As the name suggests, an equal tee has three branches of the same size, forming a 90-degree angle between them. This type of tee ensures uniform flow distribution, making it suitable for applications where maintaining consistent pressure and flow rates is crucial.

Reducing Tee :

Reducing tees are a specialized type of tee pipe fitting designed to connect pipes of different diameters, allowing for the reduction or distribution of flow within a piping system. They feature three branches, with one or more branches having a smaller diameter than the main run of the tee. This design enables the smooth transition of flow from one pipe size to another without the need for additional reducers or adapters.

Barred Tee :

Barred tees, also known as lateral tees, are a specialized type of tee pipe fitting that facilitates the diversion of flow at a 45-degree angle from the main pipeline. Unlike standard tees, where the branches are perpendicular to the main run, barred tees have one branch at a 45-degree angle, resembling the shape of a "T" with one side tilted. This unique design allows for the redirection of flow without the need for additional fittings or elbows.

Manufacturing Standards:

  • ASTM A234: Specification for pipe fittings of wrought carbon steel and alloy steel for moderate and high-temperature service.
